Occasionally the button can get triggered during shipping, which may cause the battery to drain before the toy arrives. We’d be happy to send you a replacement laser so you and your pet can enjoy it as intended — please feel free to reach out to us and we’ll take care of that for you.
Regarding the colors, it looks like only one laser was purchased. At this time we offer the lasers individually rather than as a bundle with multiple colors.
