Orders & Shipping
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Our goal is to have orders packed and on their way within one business day, so we begin processing them quickly.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible by chat or email. While we can't guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, we'll always do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods displayed during checkout.
If you'd prefer to spread your purchase over time, we also offer Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm**), allowing you to pay in bi-weekly or monthly installments, subject to approval.
Can I be notified when an out-of-stock item becomes available?
Absolutely! Reach out to us through chat or email, and we'll be happy to let you know when we expect the item to return. In some cases, pre-orders may also be available.
Do you release new shirt designs often?
Absolutely! Our design team is always creating something new. We typically release at least five new designs every month, so there's always something fresh to discover. Be sure to check back often—you never know what your next favorite shirt might be!
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. During especially busy periods, processing may take up to two business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after two business days, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Please note: Kenyan Collars are excluded from this offer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship to customers around the world. Available shipping options and shipping rates will automatically appear during checkout based on your delivery address.
Dog Apparel
How do I choose the right size?
Our dog apparel is available in sizes XS (0–3 lbs) through 6XL (up to approximately 120 lbs).
Each product includes a detailed size chart based on neck, chest (girth), and back length measurements. We also recommend using our Size Recommender found on every apparel product page.
If you're still unsure, just send us a message. We'd much rather help you choose the right size before you order.
What if the shirt I ordered doesn't fit?
We want both you and your pup to love your purchase. If the size isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
Before ordering, we recommend using the size chart and our Size Recommender found on every apparel product page. If you need help, just reach out—we're always happy to assist.
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
Absolutely! If your dog needs a different size, we're happy to help.
Please review our comprehensive size chart before ordering, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We want both you and your pup to enjoy your new purchase.
What if my shirt develops a defect?
We proudly stand behind the quality of our apparel with our 1-Year Replacement Guarantee.
If your shirt experiences a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, simply email woof@lunaleash.com with:
- A photo of the issue
- The name used when placing the order
We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
How do I care for my dog's shirt?
Every apparel order includes a care instruction card with washing recommendations to help keep your dog's shirt looking its best for years to come.
Custom Dog Shirts
Can I create my own custom dog shirt?
Absolutely! Our easy-to-use design tool lets you create a one-of-a-kind shirt for your dog using text, clipart, and your own photos or artwork.
Prefer not to design it yourself? No problem! Just tell us what you have in mind, and our design team will create it for you at no additional charge. We'll even send you a proof for approval before your shirt goes into production.
Can I upload my own photo, logo, or artwork?
Absolutely! In addition to the clipart included in our design tool, you're welcome to upload your own photos, logos, or artwork to create something completely unique.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
The easiest way is through our Return Self-Service Portal, which can be found at the bottom of every page on our website.
If you'd like to exchange an item instead, simply contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
Yes. While return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Promotions & Discounts
Can I combine discounts or promotions?
If an item is already on sale, you're welcome to apply an additional discount code. However, due to system limitations, only one discount code may be used per order.
How do your shirt promotions work?
Our promotions are automatic—simply add the qualifying number of eligible shirts or dresses to your cart, and the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
